Life can be overwhelming and it's easy to lose your way.

Counselling offers non-judgmental and compassionate support you as you explore what’s going on and find a way forward.

Find a path forward...

It can be difficult to ask for help when the problem isn’t clear to you...

People seek counselling for many issues and there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ reasons to seek support. You may not even have the words to describe how you feel right now. Putting your concerns into words can be daunting but perhaps one of the following reflects where you are now:

  • Feeling overwhelmed or anxious, unable to cope

  • Lacking confidence or direction, feeling ‘not enough’

  • Difficulties in relationships or finding boundaries hard to maintain

  • Concerns about drinking or struggles with addiction

  • Navigating the world as a neurodivergent person

  • Being unable to let go of past events

  • Feeling disconnected or lonely

If you are experiencing these or any other difficult feelings, I am here to talk. Book a free introductory call to tell me about your needs.

The therapy I offer is focussed on building a deep understanding of the individual so I welcome you whatever it is you are experiencing. I do have some particular areas of interest in within my practice, which you may feel connect to what you are going through right now.

Counselling is not about someone telling you how to feel or what choices to make. It is focussed on helping you reconnect with what you really need, and to make sense of what you are going through.

Some of the benefits clients experience are:

  • Greater sense of identity and self-acceptance

  • Reduced anxiety and stress

  • Improved relationships and boundaries

  • More confidence and self-esteem

  • Feeling more in control of your life

  • Living with greater sense of authenticity and purpose
